At Crown Northampton, we take pride in our handmade craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear is not a perfect fit, you may return or exchange unworn items in their original condition within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return to receive your official Return Authorization form.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn footwear back in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all protective tissue and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Northampton

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master shoemakers inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
